Privacy

This shop collects what it needs to send you a parcel and answer you, and nothing else. There is no advertising tracker on this site, no data is sold or shared for anyone else's marketing, and the list below is the whole of it. Last updated 30 September 2026.

Who is responsible

Superior Stock LLC, trading as Tinvero, W4637 Lakepark Drive, Fond du Lac, WI 54935. For anything on this page, write to hello@tinvero.com.

What is collected, and why

Name and shipping addressTo send the parcel and to print the label. Given at checkout.
Email addressTo send the receipt, the tracking number, and any answer you ask for.
Phone numberCollected at checkout because carriers ask for one on a delivery exception. Not used for marketing.
What you boughtThe order itself, and what it cost.
Billing address and the last four digits of the cardHeld by Stripe, visible to us. The card number never reaches this site.
A message you send usWhatever you write in the contact form or in an email, and your reply address.
A review, if you leave oneThe rating, the words and the name you choose to show. Never your email or address.

There is no account to create, no password to keep and no profile built about you. We do not ask for anything we do not need to complete the order in front of us.

Who else handles it

Three companies, each doing one job:

  • Stripe takes the payment and stores the order. Stripe is the system of record for this shop: your order, its address and its status live in Stripe rather than in a database of ours.
  • Resend sends the two emails the shop sends — the tracking notice and, if you are asked for one, the review request — and delivers what the contact form says.
  • Vercel serves the pages and runs the checkout and order-status functions, and keeps short-lived server logs as any host does.

Your address is also given to the carrier that delivers the parcel, because that is what a label is. Nobody else receives your details, and they are not sold, rented, or shared for anyone's advertising.

Cookies, and what this site stores in your browser

Visits are also counted by Vercel Web Analytics, which runs on the servers that host this site. It sets no cookie and builds no profile of you; it records that a page was requested, from roughly where, and on what kind of device.

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits, which sets cookies in your browser. The Google privacy policy covers what Google does with that.

What the site does store in your browser is your bag: the pairs you have added sit in your own browser's local storage so they are still there if you close the tab. It never leaves your device until you press Checkout, and clearing your browser data erases it. The one cookie this site sets is a signed session for the shop's own back office, which only a member of staff signing in ever receives.

How long it is kept

Orders are kept while there is a reason to keep them: to answer a question about a delivery, to handle a return, and after that for as long as tax and accounting rules require records of a sale. Emails you send are kept while the conversation is useful. A review stays up until you ask for it to come down.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@tinvero.com and you will get an answer from a person, not a form. We may need to keep the bare record of a completed sale where the law requires it, and we will say so if that applies.

If you are in California: we do not sell or share personal information as those words are defined by the CCPA, we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not knowingly collect it from anyone under 16. Exercising any right above costs nothing and changes nothing about the service you get.

Children

This shop is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us something, write and it will be deleted.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. A change that materially affects what is collected will be said plainly here rather than buried.
